Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for products that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging and condition

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Opened skincare or self-care items
  • Products not in original condition
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items
  • If the product is faulty or incorrect, Aloura will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable
